Refund & Cancellation Policy
All digital services and subscriptions are subject to these terms. Please read carefully before making a Plan or payment.
Important Notice
All automatic renewal or scheduled features depend on system uptime and external factors. In rare events like unforeseen server outages or emergencies, you are entitled to opt for a full refund or reschedule the service.User-initiated spot cancellations are not accepted for completed or used services.
Refunds
- To request a refund, email info@thedoctorpro.com with your mail ID and reason.
- After your request, you will receive an email confirmation. If approved, the amount will be returned to your payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are not available for subscriptions/services already used, accessed, or post the indicated cancellation window.
- For one-time purchases, refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase. Services must not have been accessed.
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account or payment source.
- Contact your card provider (posting may take extra days).
- If still unresolved, email info@thedoctorpro.com.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests for paid Plan/services must be emailed to info@thedoctorpro.com.
- Cancellations via WhatsApp, SMS, social media, or phone call are not accepted for record-keeping and privacy reasons.
